Does SecurITy Lifeline include help desk support?
No. SecurITy Lifeline covers monitoring, backup, and security — it doesn't include day-to-day help desk support. You still have access to our help desk when you need it, billed at $195/hour. If you want unlimited help desk included in your flat monthly rate, The Watch Tower is the right fit.
Can I upgrade to The Watch Tower later?
